Knowledgeable staff from Aging and Adult Services is available to provide information and answer questions about the programs and services available through this office and help you to understand the eligibility requirements for each of the programs and services. The staff also provides assistance with benefit applications such as PACE, Property Tax/Rent Rebate, City garbage fee exoneration and Township water and sewer rebates. These forms can be obtained by contacting the Office of Aging and Adult Services. Information and listings of subsidized apartment buildings, Home Health Care Agencies, Assisted Living Facilities, Personal Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Continuing Care Retirement Communities and health insurance counseling are also available.
