Community Development Block Grant Program

Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG)- The County of Lehigh is seeking applications from municipalities and non-profit organizations for projects benefiting Lehigh County residents living outside the city limits of Allentown and Bethlehem.

Affordable Housing Trust Fund Grant Program


Quality of Life Grant Program

The County of Lehigh is currently requesting applications for its Quality of Life Grant Program.  Funding for this grant may be requested for specific cultural, civic, or recreational programs, new projects, events, for capital projects, or operational support.


Tourism Development Grant

Tourism Development Grant - The County of Lehigh is currently requesting applications for its Tourism Development Grant Program.  Regional tourism venues which are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, political subdivision, or a municipal authority may request funds for projects occurring in Lehigh County that encourage new or one-time events and first-year events.  Capital projects (but not general maintenance) which will promote tourism, events, or conventions are also acceptable.


Blight Remediation Grant

The County of Lehigh is currently requesting applications for its Blight Remediation Grant Program for demolition and clearance projects.

Municipalities and municipal authorities in Lehigh County(with the exception of the cities of Allentown and Bethlehem) may request funding for demolition of buildings and improvements, removal of rubble and debris after demolition, removal of environmental contaminants, and to make non-hazardous, or to move structures to other sites.Funds may also be used for legal and processing fees, contracting with a third- party to provide the desired demolition and clearance services on their behalf.
