CALV's Community Action Home (CAH) Urgent Need Roof & HVAC System Replacement Program aims to assist homeowners residing in Lehigh County (outside the city limits of Allentown and Bethlehem) whose incomes are at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), especially those that live in Catasauqua, Coplay, Hanover, Fountain Hill, Macungie, and Slatington. These homeowners are experiencing financial challenges living in houses with deteriorating qualities and which urgently require repairs for roofs and/or non-functioning HVAC systems or nonoperating hot water heaters.
