Lehigh County E-Filing Information



Effective March 19th, 2018, except as specifically exempted by the Court, electronic filing will be mandatory in all new and pending Civil case types.  This does not include Family and Orphans' Court cases.  Please review the OFS Guidelines on the home page of the File and Serve site. 

All users are required to register and set up an account in order to e-file.  Please visit the Lehigh County File and Serve site at for instructions on how to register for e-filing. 

Webinar Training Sessions are available for registration.  A Recorded Webinar Training Session is also available for view at all times. 

Please note:  A File & Serve  account is required to e-file.  Attorney Docket Access accounts are valid for accessing the dockets and are separate from File & Serve.
