TO ALL RESIDENTS OF LEHIGH COUNTY, PA

Lehigh County is a federal entitlement under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program administered by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In order to obtain these grant funds, every five years the County must prepare a Five-Year Consolidated Plan which outlines the needs and priorities of the residents of Lehigh County. Please help us to identify those needs and priorities by completing the following confidential survey.
