Mental health (MH) and substance use disorder (SUD) services often function in parallel rather than in partnership, leading to fragmented care for youth and adults with co-occurring conditions. This training is designed to bridge that gap by promoting collaboration between MH and SUD providers; across all levels of care - including outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment facilities (RTFs). Participants will explore integrated care models, gain practical strategies for addressing the co-occurring disorders, and acquire tools to enhance cross-disciplinary communication and coordination. By breaking down systemic silos, we aim to foster a more cohesive, person-centered system of care, across all levels of care with the collaboration of RTF providers.
