The Allentown Chamber of Commerce's mission is to improve the economy and quality of communities in the Greater Lehigh Valley. We do this by serving as a driving force for business growth, community connection, and vibrant placemaking in the City of Allentown and across Lehigh County. We champion local businesses while creating opportunities for people to gather, celebrate, and experience all that Allentown has to offer.
Through innovative programs like SPARK, the Chamber supports entrepreneurs and small businesses with resources, visibility, and pathways to growth. We amplify businesses through targeted marketing efforts and create meaningful connections through networking opportunities of all sizes, from State of the City, State of the District, and Annual Awards, to mixers, ribbon cuttings, and business celebrations. When businesses celebrate and do outreach, the Chamber is there with them.
The Allentown Chamber is also proud to produce and support some of the region’s largest and most beloved free community festivals and events, including Blues, Brews & Barbecue, Fiesta on Hamilton, the Allentown Tree Lighting Ceremony, New Year’s Eve Celebration, and ROOTED, a health and wellness festival focused on accessible healthy lifestyles. In celebration of Allentown’s rich past and exciting future, the Chamber is also launching a new Liberty Bell 250 event, honoring the city’s pivotal role in American history.
