The Program

The Lehigh County Community Corrections Center (C.C.C.) is a 400 bed pre-release facility that houses male and female residents.  The newly renovated facility is located in Salisbury Township.  The residents have the opportunity to secure employment prior to their release, and/or to engage in programs such as drug and alcohol intervention and prevention groups, G.E.D. classes, employment enhancement classes, computer literacy, parenting groups, and anger management and decision making groups.  The ultimate goal of the C.C.C. is to prepare each resident for a successful reentry into the community.

The work release program is partially underwritten by various fees paid by the participants.
