RECORDING STATEMENTS OF VALUE
Please be advised, effective May 1, 2008, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds Division will record the Statement of Value as part of the document and will include it as the last page of the deed, easement, etc. The standard recording fee will apply. If the document is more than four (4) pages, there will be a two dollar ($2.00) fee for each additional page.
We will continue to require that two (2) copies of the Statement of Value be filed with the document, one (1) copy will be recorded with document and one (1) copy will be sent to the Department of Revenue.
