Surplus Auction Information

Please note the following before bidding on County items

  • Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as a buyer.
  • All items are sold “as is”, “where is,” and “with all known faults, if any”.
  • All items sold must be paid by money order, cashiers check or cash, within 7 days of the end of the auction.
  • Winning bidder must pick up items within 10 days of the close of the auction or the County reserves the right to re-list the item or award to the second highest bidder.
  • Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline.
  • An 8% surcharge will be added to all purchases made. The surcharge is the cost to the County for the utilization of the third-party web site provider.
