Out-of-county Document Service Costs

If you are having a document served in another county, you must return 2 (two) separate payments with your Order for Service form to the Lehigh County Sheriff's Office.

  1. Deputization Fee
  2. Document Service Fee



Make Deputization fee payable to the Lehigh County Sheriff's Office. 
Make document service fee payable to the county in which the document is being served.

Please contact the appropriate county or the Lehigh County Sheriff's Office for the current Document Service Fee.




PLEASE NOTE- You must complete the following counties own Order for  Service form in addition to the Lehigh County Order for Service form:

  • DELAWARE
  • LANCASTER
  • MONROE
  • WESTMORLAND
