  • Service Description:
    Individual, group and family therapy, as well as, medication monitoring provided by a professional in an office setting to discuss behavioral health issues.
  • Process:
    • Magellan Members: Current list of providers can be obtained by clicking on the link or directly from Magellan Service Center via phone, Member line 1-866-238-2311 or Provider line 1-866-780-3368. 
    • FFS Consumers: For children/adolescents with Fee-for-Service Medical Assistance can contact Lehigh County Children's Mental Health for assistance in obtaining a provider list, 610-782-3376.
    • The consumer, parent or case manager can contact the provider to make a referral.
