The child/adolescent must be a Lehigh County resident or a child is an out-of-county resident placed into foster care within Lehigh County.
The child/adolescent must be under 18 years of age, or under 21 if still in secondary school.
The child/adolescent must have MA to be eligible for CMHU case management services. Some children may have both private insurance and Medicaid.
The child/adolescent must be experiencing psychiatric symptoms which impact and/or impair his/her level of functioning.
