Affordable Housing Trust Fund- Funding for housing based programs benefiting the low-to-moderate income for Non-Profit 501(c) organizations and Government entities.

Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG)- The Count of Lehigh is seeking applications from municipalities and non-profit organizations for projects benefiting Lehigh County residents living outside the city limits of Allentown and Bethlehem.

Community Revitalization Grant Program-In keeping with the County of Lehigh's Department of Community and Economic Development's goals of community and urban revitalization, the Community Revitalization Grants Program has been created to assist municipalities and Main Street/Elm Street-based programs to provide grants in the categories of planning, streetscape and security amenities and regional partnership projects.

Gaming Grant- The County of Lehigh receives a portion of revenues derived from the Sands Casino in South Bethlehem for the purpose of making municipal grants within the County. The Gaming Act provides that money designated for municipal grants should be used to fund the costs of human services, infrastructure improvements, facilities, emergency services, and health and public safety expenses associated with licensed gaming operations.

Green Future Fund-Acquisition of open space property available to all Lehigh County municipalities and support and encourage recreational reinvestment within urban communities also available to all Lehigh County municipalities.

Tourism Development Grant- Regional tourism venues that are non-profit 501 (c)3 organizations or government entities are eligible for Tourism Development Grants.  Tourism venues may request funding for one-time events, first-year events or capital projects.
