Please be advised that the following list of services and charges is effective January 1, 2007. If you are a Medical Assistance recipient, you are entitled to receive a “standard” level of service at no cost. You can request additional services, but you will be billed for those services in accordance with this list. Private pay residents will be billed for all services rendered. If you have any questions, please contact the Financial Services Office.

Barber/Beauty

Shampoo Only: $3.00

Shampoo/Set: $10.00

Shampoo/Blow Dry: $10.00

Perm: $45.00

In-depth Conditioner: $1.00

Color Rinse: $1.00

Tint (Supplied by Resident): $20.00

Tint( Supplied by facility): $25.00

Wash, Cut & Style: $17.00

Wash & Cut (no styling): $10.00

Women’s Haircut: $9.00 Hair must be washed that day.

Men’s Haircut: $8.00 Hair must be washed that day.

Trim of bangs/neckline: $3.00

Moustache/Beard Trim: $3.00

Re-comb: $3.00

Housekeeping: $14/hour

Laundry: Linens: $20/month

Laundry: Personal Clothing: $40/month

Maintenance: $17/hour

Meals: $7.00/day (one hot/one cold meal)

 Pharmacy: Billed directly to tenant, or his/her insurance.

Professional Services: Billed directly to tenant, or his/herinsurance.
